Six months later and still no justice for Bakari Henderson who was racially murdered in Greece

It's seems almost unlikely that the Serbian men who murdered Bakari Henderson based solely in racial hatred, will ever see any prison time in Greece due to numerous complexities in the case.

“Greece, as many other EU countries, allow prisoners to visit families during holidays, to have weekends off, privileges that prisoners in the USA do not enjoy,” Ioannidis said. “These principles stem from the historical social norms and values that may be different from ours, all of which affect the notion of justice.”

Based on that 'humane' policy, the men who were initially charged for the murder were released on bond and allowed to return to Serbia. Being that neither party were Greek residents or citizens, the laws and red tape between Greece and Serbia could cause the case to be totally dismissed or simply abandoned. Coupled with the fact that Bakari Henderson is of African race, the European legal system may have very little interest in prosecuting White men for the death.

While American attorneys alongside the government could apply pressure via threat of sanction and such, with the current state of 'trumpisim' and white nationalism, it's unlikely they will make any effort for a young Black male.
